Enemies of the Lord want us to believe that being a good Christian is some big impossible task, requiring great effort and sacrifice for no good reason. But this idea is simply a lie, easily refuted by scripture. The Christian life, right here and now, is filled with joy for those who have the Lord.
"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden,
and I will give you rest.
"Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek
and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
"For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full."
