For A Loved One In The Hospital

NOTE: When you read this prayer, try to imagine hearing my voice as I speak
it to you.  In this way, the prayer is reactivated, and it is the same
as if I were actually praying for you at that moment.
(Just like television prayers are reactivated when you watch 
them, although the videotape may have been shot years before.)

 
NOTE: This prayer is for you to pray, yourself.



                  "For A Loved One In The Hospital"  (female)
        
                Dear Lord, I have a loved one in distress:
                Her body is not working as it should,
                For it is damaged by a hostile force,
                And she is in grave danger for her life.
                I pray that You will join her at her bed,
                And send Your holy Spirit into her,
                Infusing her with healing and with light,
                Correcting all the errors that were made,
                Restoring her the way that she should be,
                In order best to serve You once again.            
                I pray for this in Jesus' holy name.
                                          Amen.
