To Those Who Think That They Have Sold Their Soul

NOTE: When you read this prayer, try to imagine hearing my voice as I speak
it to you.  In this way, the prayer is reactivated, and it is the same
as if I were actually praying for you at that moment.
(Just like television prayers are reactivated when you watch 
them, although the videotape may have been shot years before.)

  

            
              "To Those Who Think That They Have Sold Their Soul"


               To those who think that they have sold their soul,
               To Satan, as a payment due to him,
               I have some news that you might want to hear:

                     *              *               *

               Your "owner" has deceived you once again:
               You have no contract that you must fulfill.
               The Lord has paid the total price for you,
               By dying, with his hands nailed to a board,
               And so He showed His faithful love for you.
               Your "owner" doesn't care for you at all,
               He gets his jollies leading you to hell.
               He wants to see you writhe and scream in pain.
               He hates all humans more than you can know.

                     *              *               *         

               So if you sold your soul, then follow this:
               Divest yourself of what you did receive,
               Just give it back, or throw it all away,
               And don't look back to see where it did go.
               Then turn your face to Jesus, and repent.
               Accept Him as your Lord, and follow Him.
               He will forgive you of your many sins,
               And He will give you life to start anew.

                     *              *               *

               Then Satan will be seen for what he is:
               A snarling dog, confined behind a fence;
               He barks and barks, but no one even cares.
               In Jesus' holy name, I pray for you.

NOTE: You always have the right to give yourself to Jesus by repenting of your sins and inviting Him to be your own personal Lord and Saviour. That is the fundamental meaning of John 3:16, the most important single verse in the Bible . . .

         "For God so loved the world, that he gave his
          only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him
          should not perish, but have everlasting life."

                      John 3:16 (KJV)

The Bible verse says "whosoever believeth in him," which means everyone without exception, including you! Therefore, when you give yourself to Jesus Christ, you then belong to Him, and Satan cannot collect from you something you no longer own, namely your soul. So your earlier deal with Satan is now an unenforceable contract. God has given you a way out!
