For A Successful International Trip By Air

NOTE: When you read this prayer, try to imagine hearing my voice as I speak
it to you.  In this way, the prayer is reactivated, and it is the same
as if I were actually praying for you at that moment.
(Just like television prayers are reactivated when you watch 
them, although the videotape may have been shot years before.)

                 For A Successful International Trip By Air

               Your plans have all been made, you leave today;
               Your visa was approved, so you can go;
               Your passport is in order, in your hand;
               You fly to visit loved ones, far away.

                   *            *           *

               I pray the Lord that He will be with you,
               I pray He takes you safely by the hand,
               And stays beside you all throughout the trip.
               I pray the pilots safely fly the plane,
               I pray the airline staff will do its job.
               I pray your flights are smooth and safe and sure.
               And as you visit loved ones in their homes,
               I pray the Lord will bring His holy joy.
               In Jesus' name I pray for you, Amen.
